As the site gets busier, this could be a very interesting and naughty feature
To access the video chat you need to add someone on the board as your friend. Then you will see them in your "who's online" part of your chat bar, click them and you will see a window attached to the bar which allows you to chat with them. There are icons that allow video chat and games.
So try it out and let us know what you think!
